We appreciate your purchase and strive to ensure a straightforward and satisfactory return process. Below are the details of our return and refund policy:
15-Day Return WindowYou have 15 days from the day you receive your item to initiate a return. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible for you.
Return EligibilityTo qualify for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided to accompany the return.
Please reach out to us at support@navrada.com to start a return process. Upon approval, you will receive detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note, returns initiated without prior approval may not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item to our facility.
ExceptionsItems priced under $19 are not eligible for refunds to the original payment method. Instead, we offer an online store credit (Gift Card).

ExchangesIf you wish to exchange an item, we will facilitate a new order at no additional cost once we receive your return.
RefundsUpon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment. Please be aware that the processing time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement can vary.
Order CancellationsIf you wish to cancel your order after payment, please contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee cancellation due to our quick processing times, we will do our best to accommodate your request. If the order has already been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it; however, you may return the product according to our return policy.
